She has owned and managed her own real estate brokerages and in 2007, she and her husband, David, sold Stewart Real Estate to a well-known international franchise. Currently, Julie is the owner of two real estate firms. In Texas, she and her business partner, Debra McGee, own Stewart & McGee Real Estate formed in 2008. In Florida, Julie owns and operates 30 Agent Real Estate located on Highway 30A in Santa Rosa Beach.
